We are a full service fitness facility. We serve people of all ages, all backgrounds, and all different needs. We believe that fitness is not just for a select few, but is something attainable by everyone in the right setting. We provide a variety of fitness classes and equipment that meets the needs of our members.

In our membership you receive unlimited access to the facility, which includes fitness equipment, tanning, and classes. We also sell supplements to those who require just a little extra.

Our ultimate goal is to become a Community Center for the Lamar area to serve not only the fitness and health needs of our community, but also the spiritual, social, emotional needs that are not currently served in our area. We want to be the place that listens to the wants and needs of the community and acts upon those needs.
